Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and comparable regimes elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Explain how a specific assessment result was produced
- Withdraw consent
Who to ask
Section titled “Who to ask”You can send any of these to us. You can also send them to the company that invited you: under data protection law they are the controller of your assessment data, which means it is their decision what happens to it, and we act on their instruction.
Either route works, and we will tell you if we have to pass your request to them.
