Sub-processors

These are every third party involved in delivering Assay, and what each one does.

Firebase (Google)	Authentication and sign-in
Supabase	Database, and file storage for resumes
Deepgram	Speech to text and text to speech during spoken interviews
OpenAI	The conversational model during a spoken interview, reached through Deepgram
Groq	Resume parsing, interview question generation, scoring, and the work trial agent
E2B	The sandboxed environment candidate code runs in
Cloudflare, Vercel and Render	Hosting and content delivery

We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose it to anyone beyond this list and the customer the data belongs to, except where we are required to by law.

Processing outside India

Some of these providers process data outside India. If you are a customer with a requirement that data remain in a specific jurisdiction, raise it with us before you begin, because we cannot currently guarantee it.

Changes to this list

We will update this page when the list changes, and the date at the top of the privacy notice will change with it. Where a change is material, we will tell customers directly rather than relying on them to notice.
